The database contains all plans and quarterly updates since 2004 for all U.S. companies and a majority of foreign companies that file 6Ks. The database is maintained manually by reviewing 10Qs, 10Ks, 8Ks, 6Ks, press releases and other disclosures.

The database contains 13F holdings since Q1'07. Unlike other services we also parse Puts, Calls and Debt holdings (since Q1'08). In addition, we include all 13G and 13D holdings.
|Quarterly Holdings||Includes holdings (equity and put, call and debt positions) for institutions based on disclosures within 13F filings. We can also limit to a sub-set of pre-selected funds.|
